At Snuggs Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached; our team will review your request to ensure it meets our hygiene and safety standards.

  Courier Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
